About the Author
The Author: Mieczyslaw Albert Krapiec is Chairman and Professor of the Catholic University of Lublin, Poland, where he has taught metaphysics for 45 years. He has also taught at various American and European Universities as a visiting Professor. Professor Krapiec is the author of 18 monographs and 230 articles dealing with classical philosophy. He is a member of the Polish Academy of Science - Warsaw, The Polish Academy of Knowledge - Cracow, and The Pontifical Academy of St. Thomas - Rome. Professor Krapiec has also received a Doctor Honoris Causa from the Pontifical Institute of Mediaeval Studies - Toronto, and The Leuven University - Louvain, Belgium.
