Much better than handwriting analysis for dummy's book!

Exceeded my expectations. This book couldn't have been written better. So informative and thorough, and it's laid out in a manner that is perfect. All the information builds on itself chapter after chapter. Very fun to read! I truly cannot look at handwriting or signatures without analyzing it. It's incredible how much you will learn in this one book. I also bought handwriting analysis for dummy's and it was horrible I couldn't even get through it. It's a mess. All the information is jumbled, so I suggest you go with Andrea's book!

Uncannily Insightful and Great Fun

I have given away a few copies of Andrea McNichol's book over the years as gifts, and still find it great fun and uncannily insightful when put into practice. Though the prose is written in an entertaining and light-hearted way, as far as I can tell the art and science behind McNichol's teaching are first-rate: graphology, well executed, seems to be as accurate and insightful as any other psychological test....if not more so. And McNichol's pedigree is as legitimate and credible as they come. But the bottom line is that this is both great fun and an incredibly smart book: I've put graphological insights into practice over the years and found that they have proved very helpful in life. And, sometimes, when I've ignored red flags in writing because I just can't believe them, I'm proved wrong later by a person's bad behavior. It would seem that handwriting indeed never lies!

Hits the mark!

I really enjoyed this book. I bought it as a local professional had told me that he used handwriting analysis for hiring employees over his long career and had great success with this method. This book provided clear and easily accessible insight for the universal principles behind the use of graphology and quickly gets the reader a basic foundation. Andrea McNichol's writing is entertaining, light and helpful. This book does not pretend to be an in depth study of the science behind graphology and hits the mark with 5 stars for what it does purport to do 'Putting it to work for you'.
